Terms and Conditions

• All rates quoted for services provided by Luxury Ride NYC are estimated only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on actual service provided.
• Gratuity will automatically be billed with the fare. Additional gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion.
• All out of pocket charges, including tolls and parking will be added to your bill.
• A "No show" fee, applicable waiting time, and driver gratuity will be charged if a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location.
• If a customer cannot locate the driver Luxury Ride  must be called to avoid a "No show" fee.
• A minimum of two hours before the pick up is required to avoid a cancellation charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the minimums.
• Airports:
  • Flights are updated periodically by our office staff
  • For airport pick ups, 30 minutes of waiting time ( International flights-60 minutes) is included free of charge after posted flight arrival time. Waiting time after 30 minutes is billed at the regular $15 for 15 minutes.
• Non-airport picks ups are not charged for the first 15 minutes of wait time.
• Luxury Ride NYC reserves the right to assess a minimum fee of $200 for any necessary cleaning and/or damage to the vehicle beyond the normal wear and tear.
• Cancellation policy: A minimum of two hours before the pick up is required to avoid a cancellation charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the minimums.
